ONE SAIL DESIGNER, TWO SOFTWARES
I have been involved in the sailmaking industry since 1987, starting to design sails since 1993.
Software have evolved since 1993. Fabric from Crain enabled me to design 5 000 sails. Some complex project from classic gaff sails and tallship to Imoca and Boc Challenge sails.
The new century has seen a huge evolution in saildesign with both SMAR Azure and Sailpack. SMAR Azure helps me to create 3 000 sails (70% cruising, 30% raing) for any type of boats.
It makes sense for me to improve my saildesign services towards sailmakers, that is why I have decided to buy a sailpack license in addition to my SMAR Azure software.
